Acceptance letter
Enrollment Certification
Statement from an advisor or a faculty member certifying that you have been admitted to the institution

Transcript - Send in an official most recent transcript.

Florida Statute 288.8175 authorized the exemption of out-of-state fees provided that the students receiving the exemption shall return to their home country for a period of time equal to the exemption period at the end of their study in the U.S. If granted, this student agrees to abide by this condition.
