Policy Details
1. Except as indicated below, cancellations and refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee.
2. Requests for refunds must be submitted prior to a program’s start date. Refund appeals must be submitted within 7 calendar days after a program begins. Requests made after that date will not be considered.
3. If a program is canceled due to Mother Nature (i.e. University is closed due to hurricane or other natural disasters), a full refund of the tuition and material fee will be awarded to the account holder.
4. If an account holder cancels on or before the Wednesday of the week before a program is scheduled to start, a refund of the tuition and any material fee will be awarded, less a $10 processing fee.
5. If an account holder cancels Wednesday-Saturday of the week before a program is scheduled to start, 75% of the tuition and 0% of any material fees will be refunded, less a $10 processing fee.
