Graduate Assistants

Thank you for your interest in a Graduate Assistant position with the Department of Housing and Residence Life at the University of West Florida as well as your interest in a graduate program at UWF. We are very proud of the opportunities we have for graduate students. We offer several positions within our department such the Graduate Hall Director position or Community Development Graduate Assistant. The primary position is the Graduate Hall Director as we have a total of six (6) HD's on our campus. Each is responsible for leading a Resident Assistant Staff and a student residence hall, Southside Villages or an apartment complex.

We are seeking energetic individuals who are eager to help our staff and students and enter into a graduate position at the University of West Florida. Candidates should also apply into a graduate program at the University of West Florida. Preference will be given to candidates with prior residence hall leadership experience and/or pursuing a degree in College Student Personnel.
