| 24 | Thanksgiving Day Holiday. UWF & Housing Central Office is closed. Residence Halls remain open. | |
| 25 | Day After Thanksgiving Holiday. UWF & Housing Central Office is closed. Residence Halls remain open. | |
| December | 5-9 | Final Exams Week |
| 5-9 | Residents should depart 24 hours after their last final exam or no later than 12/10 @ 5:00pm. | |
| 10 | Housing Closes for Winter Break @ 5:00pm | |
| 10 | Winter Break Housing Begins (Winter Break Contract Required) | |
| 23 | UWF Closed for Winter Break December 23-January 2. | |
| January | 2 | New Years Day Holiday. All UWF offices closed. |
| 3 | Business Offices open. Residence Halls remain closed. | |
| 5 | New Student Orientation and New Student Housing Check In if attending Orientation. | |
| 7 | Housing Opens for Returning Residents and New Students @ 12pm | |
| 9 | Spring Classes begin at UWF! | |

| 17 | Martin Luther King Jr Holiday. All UWF Offices closed and classes suspended. |
