- Print all pages of your contract, read before you sign any legal contract, fill it out carefully, sign the contract in dark blue or black ink. If you are 17 or younger you will need a parent/legal guardian to co-sign.
- Submit the entire contract (all pages) with the required payment to the UWF Cashier's Office. Do not send to the Housing Office as this will cause a delay in processing and assigning. Make yourself a record copy of the contract.
- Cancellations: Requests to cancel your housing contract must be submitted by the legal contract holder only by using the online cancellation form link below:
