All students are required to complete an Honors thesis in order to graduate as a University Honors Scholar. In part, this requirement is designed to foster research participation between UWF faculty and UWF's best undergraduate students.

Before submitting a thesis proposal, a student should have in mind a well-focused project and a faculty sponsor willing to collaborate on that project. The student must then submit the Thesis Topic Submission Form and proposal abstract to the University Honors Program office.
