Motion to change the Council Constitution:
Current VI.D.iii. states:
Nominees for officer or chair positions must be members of the Honors Council and be in good academic standing at the time of their nomination. Honors Council members whose status is “on probation” are not eligible to be nominated for officer or chair positions.
The proposed change would read:
Nominees for officer or chair positions must be members of the Honors Council and be in good academic standing at the time of their nomination. Honors Council members whose status is “on probation” are not eligible to be nominated for officer or chair positions, unless an officer or chair wishes to be re-nominated for his or her current position.
Voting will occur at next week’s meeting.

Chelsea – Service Committee Report
Canned Food Drive: tentative date: March 10-14: 10-2pm.
Work 2 hr shifts at the table in the breezeway and get an event.
Habitat for Humanity does work on houses during the week.

March 1-2: Destination Cruise: hosted by Sailing Club: in Navarre.
Student Art Exhibition: March 3-4 turn in work to CFPA; Event is March 10.
March 12: Mock interview day hosted by Career Services.
Saturday: 1-4pm: Greek Week Lip Sync in the Auditorium.
Infinite Wisdom submissions due to Kalissa by March 10

Kim – President Report
Get involved with Infinite Wisdom: articles, editorials, pictures, poems, etc.
March of Dimes: money will go to pediatric research.
The march is in April; the Honors Council should maybe donate: Service Committee will come up with a way for us to donate.
Elections are coming up.
At next week’s meeting we will have nominations for President.
