Twenty four years of experience in the field of dietetics including but not limited to:

*Hospital clinical duties in many areas--diabetes, enteral nutrition, renal dialysis, and respiratory care

*Nutrition education with expertise in cardiac rehabilitation, diabetes management, and sports nutrition

*Many phases of education including community college and university teaching

*Presently employed as a Senior Health Nutritionist with the Escambia County Health Department. Primarily working with prenatal women, infants, and children. Staff training duties.
