Objectives
To demonstrate knowledge of basic research definitions and issues in HLPE
To develop an understanding of research problem formation and testing in HLPE
To develop an understanding of research techniques and methodologies applicable to HLPE
To review and interpret the HLPE literature
To design a research proposal in HLPE
To develop an understanding of the implications of HLPE research on managerial/administrative decisions
