Publishing Audio and Video Files
There are several ways to publish audio and video files on the Internet. The best choice for you depends on the type of content you are working with. Let our wizard find the right method for you, or read more about each of the options below.
Publishing Audio Files:
- Media Download
With a media download, you simply save your audio file in a web folder and create a link to direct your audience to it. Media downloads are easy to create and your best option for single audio files.
- Audio Podcast
An audio podcast is a series of audio files that are regularly published for your audience. Your audience can listen to a single audio file, or subscribe to the podcast so that new audio files are automatically downloaded to their computer as they are released.
Publishing Video Files:
- Video Stream
Video streams allow your viewers to watch video over the Internet without first downloading the file to their personal computers. The video is continuously displayed to your viewers while being delivered from the UWF server. Video streams are your best option for single video files.
