Entourage Contacts

Follow the directions below to copy your Entourage contacts to Google Apps.

Complete These Steps in Entourage

1. Go to Entourage > Preferences
   
   
   
2. Click Sync Services and check the box for Synchronize contacts with Address Book and .Mac. 
   
   
   
3. Select Combine Information.
   
   
   
4. Now, download a tool called AB2CSV to save your contacts as a .csv file. Download at: http://www.antoniolore.net/ab2csv.php. Then, click Export.
   
   
   
5. Ignore the Gmail icon shown on the screen. Instead, open http://gmail.uwf.edu.

Complete These Steps in UWF Google Apps (gmail.uwf.edu)

1. Log on to Gmail, and then click Contacts at the top of the page. The Contacts list opens in a new window.
   
   
2. Click Import Contacts.
   
   
3. Click Browse, and then navigate to the .csv file that you created above.
   
   
4. Select the file, and then click Import Contacts.
