Help Desk Support Expectations for Google Apps

The ITS Help Desk supports Gmail and Google Calendar for UWF. The ITS Help Desk does not officially support other Google Apps, including Docs, Sites, and Talk, but may provide best effort assistance on a case-by-case basis for general tasks such as sharing.

The ITS Help Desk will not support the following:

• Calendar Sync to email client
• Google Labs
• Features of specific Google Docs applications

The ITS Help Desk does not have the ability to recover permanently deleted email, documents, sites, or other information in Google Apps.
