New Email Notification with Google Talk (Windows)

In Outlook you received new email notifications at the bottom of your screen. By downloading Google Talk, you can have the same experience in Gmail. If you receive calendar reminders in email, this will also give you a better visual cue of upcoming events.

Click the link below to download Google Talk. Then, log into Google Talk with your full UWF email address and your ArgoNet password. Once it's installed, you will see a small bubble in your taskbar. When you have a new message, a red "M" will appear in the bubble and you will see a short snippet of the message.

Be aware that the first time you load Google Talk, you will receive notifications for all unread messages in your Inbox.
