Things are slowly getting back to normal as we all learn the ins-and-outs of Gmail. We know this isn't a simple transition - in some ways Gmail is very different from Exchange.
Over the next few days, we will walk you though some of the major changes. Today's topic is conversations. When you send an email message using Gmail, the original message and all the replies are grouped together into a "conversation."
