Follow these instructions to burn a PDF document to CD using the Windows Operating System.
Your computer must have a rewritable CD drive installed.
Steps:
- Insert a blank rewritable CD in the computer's rewritable CD drive.
- Using Windows Explorer or My Computer, locate file that you want to burn to CD.
- Right-click on the file and select Send to, and then select the rewritable CD Drive.
- Click the balloon that appears in the taskbar at the bottom of the screen.
Note: If you do not see the balloon, open "My Computer" and then open the "CD Drive."
- A window opens and displays the file that will be written to the CD. Now, you can burn the file to the CD. This cannot be undone. To burn the CD, from the File menu, select Write these files to CD.
- The CD Writing Wizard begins. Enter a CD name, this is the name that will be displayed in My Computer and Windows Explorer. Then, click Next.
- Wait for the CD writing process to complete, and then click Finish.
