Student Health will no longer accept CASH or CHECKS for payment of services. Payment can be made with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Nautilus card.
Beginning August 22, 2011 failure to show for a scheduled appointment will result in a $14.00 fee charged to your student account.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call 850-474-2172 and cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid this charge. Thank you!
