Fraternity and Sorority members take part in a wide range of programs throughout our community. Fraternity and Sorority members participate in events on campus such as Argo Arrival, Homecoming, Athletic and Recreation events. The members of our Greek community here at the University of West Florida also participate in service and philanthropy events that help our community, locally and nationally. Fraternities and sororities participate in service and philanthropy events together such as the community service day during Greek Week, helping new students move into the residence halls, collecting money for Salvation Army during the holiday season, and Dance Marathon. Individual organizations also participate in various service and philanthropic events. Together the Greek community raises an enormous amount of money for charities and serves a countless amount of service hours.
