All of The University of West Florida's doctoral students and a large number of its master's students will be preparing dissertations and theses as part of their graduate curricula. Because the bound thesis or dissertation is a "publication" of The University of West Florida, the University sets certain standards of format, paper, reproduction, binding, and approval which must be followed by students in all academic disciplines.
Thesis and dissertation submissions are accepted at the library from 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please make sure that you have completed the binding form and any other required forms before you get to the library. Payment for personal copies must be made at that time with cash or check; the library cannot accept credit or debit cards. If you have questions, please contact Helen Richards, Thesis and Dissertation Coordinator, at hrichard@uwf.edu. hrichard@uwf.edu.

Print margins in the UWF Theses & Dissertation Guide (PDF) differ slightly due to software limitations. Please ensure the margins on the final printout of your thesis or dissertation comply with the standards cited.
