We can not set up earlier than 3:00pm and vehicles must be off of the track by 5:00pm
There can be no stakes driven in the grass

***If you have someone you would like to honor, either a survivor or as a memorial, you can email a pic and a little info to bew9@uwf.students.edu***A couple of important things:
There will be theme laps and they will be called out randemly during Relay. Anyone walking during that lap in “theme” (whether it’s your team or not) gets extra spirit points. That is per person, not per team.

Most of those other theme laps were self explanatory but he mentioned a couple of things about them...the Harry Potter...you can dress up or even just carry a wand...he said 80's could be dressing up or even just wearing your hair in a side ponytail.

**Also, there will be 1) A pie eating contest (7:00pm) 2) Ultimate Frisbee (11:00pm) 3) Flag Football -- (Max of 2 people per team)
---These two events have to be signed up for by Bank Night
---Other events will be available to participate without having to sign up in advance
If you know of a survivor who would like participate in Relay for Life Friday evening, please invite them. If they will be participating in thesurvivor dinner which will begin at 6:30, please sign them up by Bank Night. They will first participate in the Survivor Lap and will receive a sash & T-shirt.

Luminaria's can be entered online...in $1, $5, $10, $25, $50 increments. These need to be done by bank night. Luminaria amounts do not go toward the team's total, but does count towards the overall 2008 UWF Relay for Life goal. The Luminaria speaker with be Friday night at 9:00pm
