* Statement of Purpose - Respond to the following questions on a single sheet of paper

How will the exemption credits help you in pursuing your educational and career goals?
How will your studying in Florida contribute to the linkage between Florida and China?

* Transcript - Send the most recent official transcript containing evidence of applicant's cumulative GPA in the application package. The transcript MUST be in English or translated by a notarized institute.

* Proof of Chinese citizenship and visa status - Send in a copy of your Chinese passport and your visa

* Florida Statute 288.8175 authorized the exemption of out-of-state fees provided that the students receiving the exemption shall return to their home country for a period of time equal to the exemption period at the end of their study in the U.S. If granted, this student agrees to abide by this condition.
