Student Satisfaction Focusing on Service Recovery
Service recovery has been the focus for the student satisfaction team. Team members have been busy reviewing literature about service recovery and have identified four areas at UWF where service failures are likely to happen.
The team is using the information to develop a proposal for a service recovery procedure that can be easily adapted to most situations. The student satisfaction team will use this information to refine the strategy, design training and test the recording/reporting part of the system. |
