Panhandler

Panhandler is an annual literary journal published by the University of West Florida's Department of English and Foreign Languages. The editorial policy of Panhandler is to present in each issue many of the aesthetic forms that the majority of contemporary magazines do not have the space or the desire to publish. With the goal of bringing underrepresented genres to a wider audience, Panhandler publishes substantial folios of poetry, fiction, nonfiction, drama, and criticism.

The Troubadour

The Troubadour, UWF’s poetry and short fiction magazine, is calling for submissions in the genres of short fiction, short non-fiction, poetry, and visual art. All accepted works will be published in the 2008 edition of the Troubadour. All literary submissions must be in MS Word format. Limit 3-6 poems or 6000 words per contributor. Email submissions to uwftroubadour@gmail.com. Submission deadline is October 31st.
