Students in English and Languages possess exceptional abilities to communicate clearly, formally, professionally, and creatively. Such abilities are valuable to students and employers, thus our internship program is designed to give both students and employers opportunity to put these skills to work. For students an internship is an extension of their studies as a form of "life research" that will help them avoid the nasty "trial and error" of their post-graduate path to fulfillment. For employers an intern offers not only a willing, eager, and talented employee, but also a "trial and error" period with a possible future employee. Student interns and employers will be coordinated according to the needs of the employer and the interests and abilities of the students. We offer both single semester unpaid internships and multiple semester paid internships. Our program has a flexible design to give both students and employers the options they need for a suitable and successful internship experience.
