The Emerald Coast Student Government Association is currently looking for volunteers to assist with their recycling program! Recycling benefits the environment, while volunteering gives back to the community. The best part is that this opportunity will only take an hour out of your time every two weeks! If you would like to get involved or would like more information, please email Kimberly Murphy at kmm2@students.uwf.edu. UWF Emerald Coast Scholarships The Administration, Faculty, and Staff of UWF Emerald Coast and members of the Center for Lifelong Learning would like to encourage student engagement and support UWF Emerald Coast working adult students. We also realize that, due to family and work obligations, not all UWF Emerald Coast students have the flexibility in their schedule to be involved. Funds contributed from the Center for Lifelong Learning will provide $1000 semester scholarships for current UWF Emerald Coast students who are involved in any recognized UWF Emerald Coast student organization. Another semester scholarship of $500 will be provided for UWF Emerald Coast students who are not able to be involved with student organizations. Either scholarship will be renewable for an additional semester as long as the student remains eligible according to established criteria.
