Dr. Lee Droegemueller has looked at performance from a variety of levels and through many lens for his entire career. He brings a wealth of experience from different perspectives in the area of performance. Over the years he has been a college professor, teacher, Commissioner of Education (for the State of Kansas), and Superintendent of Schools. His success derived from his ability to constantly scan the future and plan for what's coming and to identify and capitalize on the relationships and interdependencies in a situation—two critical 21st-century skills that he integrates into every class that he teaches.
Dr. Droegemueller has an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Arizona and has worked with technology in teaching since 1973. Although he is now retired, he teaches for the Department of Engineering and Computer Technology when needed.
