The following is a partial list of scholarships available for Electrical and Computer Engineering students. You may use the application link (docx or pdf) to apply for any (or all) of these scholarships except the SAME scholarship. Note that receipt of a scholarship may impact your financial aid. Check with the financial aid office before applying. The ECE Scholarship Committee has the final determination on who receives these scholarships.
Criteria: Full time female student in Electrical/Computer Engineering (including pre-electrical/computer engineering) with cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Amount of the award: $500
Number of awards:1 per year. Must reapply each semester.
Criteria: Full or part time students in Electrical/Computer Engineering (including pre-electrical/computer engineering) with cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Amount of the award: $500 per semester
Number of awards:1 in the Fall, 1 in the Spring. Must reapply each semester
Criteria: Pre-professional scholarship for student whose academic achievement warrants the award. Minimum 3.0 GPA.

Number of awards: 3 in the Fall, 3 in the Spring. Must reapply each semester
Criteria: Awards to be made to MTI, Total Parts and Actigraph employees, employee's family or other individuals meeting criteria. One or more scholarships each year to part-time or full-time students with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Amount of the award: $500 per semester
Number of awards: 1 in the Fall, 1 in the Spring. Must reapply each semester
Criteria: Scholarship for individuals from the greater Eglin community enrolled at UWF Fort Walton Beach campus. Minimum GPA of 2.5 or above, demonstrated financial need and pursuing a BS in an engineering field.
Amount of the Award: $1000 per year
Number of Awards: 4 per year. Awarded in the Fall. Student receives $500 in the Fall. If he or she continues to meet requirements, the student will automatically receive another $500 in the Spring.
Criteria: Full or part time students in Electrical/Computer Engineering (including pre-electrical/computer engineering) with cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and demonstrating financial need.
