June 13, 2002 - Pensacola, Fl. - Piccadilly Deli and Tea Room announces the Grand Opening of its 10th location. On June 24, 2002, Dawn Jones will open her first franchise site in Navarre Beach, Florida .

This location continues the tradition of all Piccadilly restaurants. The restaurant combines the speed and efficiency of a deli, the charm and style of a tea room, and the atmosphere of the tranquil white sand beaches of the Gulf Coast. The dining room is light and airy with large picture windows facing the Gulf of Mexico, and ceiling fans lazily swirling the scents of fresh tea and bakery bread through the entire building.
