• Faculty are role models to students, so dealing with ethical issues is a critical teaching/learning opportunity.
• Support and encouragement from the President, Provost, Dean, and Chair is critical, especially the last two.
• Education is the key element in this endeavor.  Faculty need to know the process, students need to appreciate and share the goal of integrity.
• Establish an ethics tutorial at Orientation. Require orientation for all students.
• Email the policy to all faculty each semester and conduct workshops on the academic misconduct process each semester.
