The Women's Understanding Self and Others Group provides a supportive environment where women can explore interpersonal relationships and identify areas for personal growth. The group leader and members construct a safe environment to explore and process a wide range of personal issues. Areas typically explored in the group include family, romantic and interpersonal relationships, as well as self-esteem, and body image.

The In, Out, and In-Between Group is a support group for persons who identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, transitioning, or questioning. This group provides an opportunity for members to share their experiences and learn from each other in a confidential and supportive environment.

The Co-ed Understanding Self and Others Group offers students a chance to foster awareness, interpersonal skills, and personal growth. Co-leaders and members construct a safe environment to explore and process a wide range of personal issues. Members engage in a process of giving and receiving feedback designed to meet goals such as enhancing, improving self-esteem, and increasing one's capacity to relate to diverse individuals.
Group meets on Thursdays from 1:00 - 2:30 PM
Group Leader: Kelly Meek, Ph.D.
This group is designed to offer support to students who have completed an intake and who are waiting to be placed with an individual counselor. The Group leader will assist members in addressing a variety of issues using problem solving and solution focused techniques. If you have attended an initial assessment appointment or crisis appointment and are on the waitlist, you are eligible to attend.

The Men's Understanding Self and Others Group is a therapy group for men to enhance the quality of their lives, relationships, and life satisfaction. This group offers awareness of gender roles, stereotypes, and social expectations of being a "man". Group members are encouraged to discuss feelings associated with being a man and what it means to be masculine in today's society.

The purpose of the Sexual Assault Survivors group is to assist members recovering from sexual assault. Members are offered opportunities to discuss their experience, address difficult feelings, identify self-defeating behaviors, learn positive coping skills, and offer and receive support in a confidential and safe environment.
