UWF RANKED 27th ON THE 2011 FORBES TOP 100 BEST BUY COLLEGES

Recently, the University of West Florida was ranked 27th on the Forbes Top 100 Best Buy Colleges for 2011.

The Forbes Top 100 Best Buy Colleges rankings were calculated by comparing the Forbes ranking for overall quality to the cost of tuition and fees. Overall, UWF ranked 490th on Forbes America's Top Colleges for 2011. The University also ranked 136th on Forbes Best Southern Colleges and 168th on Forbes Best Research Universities lists.

Each year, Forbes ranks universities and colleges by 5 categories: student satisfaction, post-graduate success, student debt, four-year graduation rate, and competitive awards.
