The College of Business is in the middle of a construction project to build a $17 million, three story, 36,000 square foot Education Center. This COB Education Center is designed to enhance student learning and facilitate interactions among students, faculty, and the business community.
The three story atrium and lobby will provide a venue for students to gather, study and interact with faculty, business leaders and other students while watching stock market action on the electronic ticker tape or catching up on the latest business news on the large flat screen TVs. Students will have access to on-site student services such as a one-stop COB advising center, computer lab/trading center, career counseling and interview rooms, and meeting spaces and offices for student professional organizations. To facilitate team and group projects, as well as faculty/student interaction, the Education Center will have several smaller group project rooms, knowledge counters, a cafe and coffee shop, and a large exterior courtyard and plaza.
Located to the right of the page, you can access the COB Education Center brochure, photos from the construction site, and live footage of the construction as we make progress in bringing the COB Education Center to life. Please check back often to view updates as the construction continues.
