Students who are selected into the clinical year are required to submit a Status of Health and Immunization form signed by their physician. As part of this requirement, they are asked to provide proof of immunity or vaccination for Rubella, Hepatitis B and Varicella Zoster. Students must have health insurance during their hospital phase, and are required to provide proof of it prior to placement.
