|||||
FUN WITH SCIENCE! is a hands on science program for kids in grades 6, 7, and 8. It is offered in conjunction with the Institute for Human and Machine Cognition's Science Saturday Program. Fun with Science! sessions are held one Saturday a month during the school year. Each session is led by an UWF science faculty member and is scheduled for 9-11 AM on a Saturday morning. There will be a brief introductory lecture for each session followed by the activity period where the students perform the hands-on experiments. Activities will be fun, very hands-on, and appropriate for middle school kids. Each session will be held on the UWF main campus in Building 58A, room 101. Please see the UWF campus map for directions: Campus Map. Please park in lot U or W. Building 58A is adjacent to Building 58 and near the end of Campus Drive on the left. |
