CAS Technology Services also provides personalized technical assistance to faculty for their classroom, teaching and administrative needs. We research contract pricing on hardware and software applications, software licensing issues and planning for audio-visiual needs. Direct support is also available for the faculty academic credentials and syllabi system (FACS). Please feel free to contact us with any technical questions, problems, or projects.
An additional service added last year is audio-visual support for classrooms which are not part of the university scheduled classroom, but are maintained by individual departments. Rick Hicks of the Psychology department is responsible for assisting the college with the maintenance of this area.
