How can I register as a vendor with UWF?
Businesses and individuals must register as vendors in the UWF system in order to be paid for services. Click Here for the vendor registration system: http://uwf.edu/procurement/pages/vendorreg.cfm.
I'm coming to UWF for an event, where do I go?
You can find directions to campus here: http://uwf.edu/UWFMain/campusmap/pensacola.cfm. It is likely that you’re going to be visiting the Commons or the Argo Galley (both identified at Building 22, and accessible from Parking Lot H) or the Cannon Green (accessible from parking lot K if walking, by the service road entrance at parking lot S if driving).
Why is UWF editing my contract?
As a state agency, there are a variety of contract requirements dictated by the state. UWF will not indemnify any organization, contract as an employer of the contracted party, nor agree to pay a deposit. All payments are made after the delivery of the service or product. In addition, all contracts are between the vendor and the “University of West Florida Board of Trustees” rather than your contact person for the event. If you have questions about any edits, please contact Ben Stubbs at bstubbs@uwf.edu.
Is CAB tax-exempt?
Yes, CAB programming is funded through student fees, and is therefore tax exempt. A copy of the tax-exempt certificate is available upon request.
What can I do if I feel that UWF is not meeting its contractual obligations?
A Vendor Ombudsman, whose duties include acting as an advocate for vendors who may be experiencing problems in obtaining timely payment(s) from The University of West Florida, may be contacted at 850-474-2636.
