Below is a list of some of the most used Forms we have had developed for campus users:
Budget Transfer Form--There is at least one person for each division that has unlimited access to the departments within the division, however they are not allowed to transfer to or from another division. In this case a paper budget transfer is required to be submitted using the Flexible Budget Transfer RouteIt. By division we mean the high level Academic Affairs, Administrative Services, Advancement, President, and Student Affairs. Instructions for creating a RouteIt paper BT. A secondary use for this form is campus departments may use it for their internal documentation of budget transfers entered into Banner for approval.
Auxiliary Financial Plans--this form is in Information Navigator (BUDG000018-Online Auxiliary Financial Plan) and is used yearly to enter auxiliary budgets for the new fiscal year. They are completed by the individual departments and forwarded to us via the Route It process. Instructions for creating an Auxiliary Financial Plan.
Contract & Grants Financial Plans--this form is in Information Navigator (BUDG000048-Online Contracts & Grants Financial Plan) and is used yearly to enter contract and grants budgets for the new fiscal year.
