The UWF Book Club is sponsered by the University of West Florida English Department
in partnership with Pensacola Magazine. Our goal is to bring Pensacola-area readers together to talk about a wide variety of thought provoking books. At the same time, we hope to give you a chance to meet the professors in the English Department and to take advantage of their expertise. Our faculty and staff may introduce you to newly published books, as well as to classic works of literature. Whether you are reading a book for the first time, or rereading it after many years, we look forward to your participation..

reading experience. For each book we select, our staff provides
valuable information on the author and on important historical events
and influences on the book. You will also find a Reader’s
Guide that offers questions to think about and to discuss with your
friends, as well as a variety of other useful material.
