I am currently working on my master’s degree (M.S.) in Dr. Wayne Bennett’s lab. I am studying the thermal tolerances of juvenile American horseshoe crabs, Limulus polyphemus. Horseshoe crabs have been around for millions of years and have stayed relatively unchanged. By determining the thermal tolerances, it will be possible to determine the effects of global climate change on this ancient species.
