There's a lot going on when it comes to B.C.M., and there are more people working behind the scenes than you might realize. In addition to the staff of B.C.M., a council comprised solely of college students helps to plan and organize weekly meetings like C.R.A.S.H., as well as larger events that occur during the semester.

Here is how the ministry teams are organized...

President - leads B.C.M. meetings and council meetings. Maintains active contact with other campus organizations. Is a spiritual leader, assisting in leadership training and calendar planning, and coordinating with other teams.

Vice President - assists the president, oversees all teams, stays in touch with chair-people, leads the programming during council meetings, leads various enlistment projects on campus and in local churches and high schools, helps with keeping accountability with other council members.
