Membership Requirements for Undergraduate Accounting and Finance majors
- Must have completed at least 2 years of college level courses and at least one upper level major course with 3.0 or above at UWF or another AACSB accredited school (ACG 3101 for accounting majors and FIN 3244 or FIN 3403 for finance majors; note that FIN 3403 is a prerequisite for FIN 3244 and FIN 4414)
- Has at least 3.0 GPA in the accounting major or finance major upper level courses (i.e. major GPA)
- Has at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA at UWF or a 3.25 GPA in the last 30 semester hours at UWF
- Must have completed all service and meeting attendance requirements during their semester(s) as a candidate
- Students seeking to be BAP candidates must have the equivalent of at least one academic year or 2 semesters excluding the summer semester remaining prior to graduation
Membership Requirements for Graduate students in the Masters in Accountancy Program
- Must complete all requirements as per above for undergraduate accounting majors
- Has been accepted into the Masters in Accountancy program at UWF
