“Her Shorts”
The Plugged Art Collective, a multimedia grass roots organization hosts :Her Shorts-an annual women's international video festival”, PerformIT- a performance festival, and guerrilla video. Raina Benoit, UWF Art gallery director along with other members of the collective are currently working on a webhosted archive for all the artists who have participated in past screenings. Fringe Festival in New Orleans
Bricolage, artist performance troupe including UWF Art Gallery director, Raina Benoit will exhibit "The Porch" at the NOLA Candle Factory in the Bywater district. NOLA Candle Factory formerly was a religious candlemaking warehouse before hurricane Katrina. For information go here

Runnels Gallery, ESMU
In February, the Analogous exhibit will show a group of works juried by curator, writer and cultural critic, Lucy R. Lippard. This show includes a piece from Felecia Carlisle’s HOME series.

Several University of West Florida students are getting some downtown exposure tonight. At the former Cigar Brewery, 207 E. Zarragoza St., bachelor's degree candidates Audrey Attardo and Anthony Mullery exhibit their drawings and sculpture. At The Mole Hole, 425 E. Zarragoza St., is a showing by students Eliza Epsy and Kate Davereux. UWF art professor and artist Valerie George will be at Studio B, 208 S. Alcaniz St.
