Sean Jones graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a B.A. in Archaeology with a minor in GIS. Originally from Orlando, FL, Sean has moved around, but spent most of his life in North Carolina. He has excavated in Mycenae, Greece with Dickinson College and done some amateur work for the Guilford County Parks and Open Space in McLeansville, NC. Sean has also taken a few classes on GPR and used a 400Mhz sensor at the Guilford County National Battleground in North Carolina. He is a terrestrial archaeologist with an interest in GIS and remote sensing techniques as well as Native Americans, lithics (arrowheads), the Contact Period, the plans of the Spaniards, and translations of languages during the Early Contact Period.
