Lauren Walls graduated with a
B.S. in Anthropology from College of Charleston in 2007. She has worked on
various research projects abroad, including survey in Southern Turkey and
exacavations in Scotland. Since receiving her B.S., Lauren has worked as a Field
and Lab Technician for various Engineering and CRM companies throughout the
continental U.S. Her interests include pre-historic settlement patterns, dietary
reconstruction, and lithic technologies. Her thesis will focus on a dietary
reconstruction of the pre-historic community living on Thompson's Bayou (located
on the UWF campus) during the Woodland period. Degree and Focus: Pre-Historic
