Krista Jordan received her B.A. in Anthropology from Indiana University. Her experience includes two field seasons in Belize excavating on a Maya burial ground and then part of a cave reconnaissance team. Three years of CRM excavations and surveys include work in Indiana and Utah. In addition, she has worked on several underwater and terrestrial archaeology projects for UWF. Krista is currently co-directing underwater excavations on the Tristan de Luna wreck (Emanuel Point 2) in Pensacola Bay. She defended her thesis, “Maritime Landscape of Deadman’s Island and Old Navy Cove,” and is graduating this fall. Degree and focus: Historical Archaeology, Maritime.
