This picnic is being hosted for all of the UWF alumni and members of the Pensacola community.
Homecoming is all about the University’s alumni coming back “home” and celebrating their alma mater. The UWF Alumni and Pensacola community are invited to come and reconnect with UWF prior to the Homecoming Pep Rally. To RSVP for picnic please RSVP to alumni@uwf.edu
“The Riot” Pep Rally – 7:00pm

Join our athletes at the big Pep Rally as we all cheer them on and get “Struck By Spirit” before Friday’s Homecoming Soccer Game. Watch your student organizations put on their most spirited skits and earn points in the Spirit Competition. Get ready to get electrified by Argo Spirit with the UWF Pep Band as well as guest appearances and performances by the Athletes and Coaches, the Cheerleaders and Dance Team, and everyone’s favorite mascot, Argie!
“Argo Inferno” Bonfire – 8:30pm
Oak Grove
Following the Pep Rally head straight to the Bonfire to finish the night off right. There will be tons of food, prize giveaways, and fun waiting for you in the Oak Grove. Come chill fire side with your friends and listen to great music under the stars.
Friday, October 7th
Tailgate Party - 5:00pm
UWF Ballpark Complex
Do you enjoy tailgating before big games? If your answer is yes, then the Homecoming Tailgate Party is where you need to be. This UWF tradition just gets better every year, with more free food, better prizes, a bigger crowd, and the big Chili Cook off. Come out and celebrate the UWF Soccer teams with student organizations, UWF Departments, and UWF Alumni before heading to the games.
Soccer Games – 5:00pm and 7:00pm

Cheer on your home team as they beat the Tigers! Athletics will be providing lots to do for fans of all ages, and students will have a chance to win prizes throughout the night. The Mr & Ms UWF court will be held during halftime; but stick around to help us crown this year’s winners immediately following the game.
Saturday, October 8th
Argos On the Lawn – 12:00-5:00pm
Camellia Green (Between Bldg 41, 36 & 58)
The beginning of a UWF Homecoming tradition, Argos on the Lawn features free food, prize giveaways, and festival booths hosted by your student organizations and departments. Spend your Saturday enjoying performances by the UWF Jazz Combo, New Earth Army, and Tribe Zion, and check out the face-painting, house-bouncing, photo-op fun of the Family Fun Zone! Bring your friends and family to campus, and kick it on the “lawn.”
