You will learn how to manage your time as well as develop better followership and leadership skills needed in any venture. Most AFROTC coursework can be applied toward minor requirements in your academic program. You will learn to work as a part of a team, practice and develop your leadership skills, and satisfaction of mission accomplishment together with your entire team.

This can not be learned overnight but is developed through academic classes, physical training sessions, and a leadership laboratory.
