This program consists of four workshops per year that will focus on a variety of professional development and leadership development topics. Workshop topics are identified from past practice and the assessment of university-wide faculty needs and priorities of ADVANCE Scholars. CUTLA has agreed to sponsor two workshops per year.

Dr. Rosemary Hays-Thomas (SPBS) and Dr. Pamela Vaughan (Chemistry) will concentrate on the mentoring relationship from the perspective of the mentee (or protege), emphasizing the mentoring process in academia.
