Request for Semester Change

Students are eligible to submit a semester change request form if:

1) Your original $30 application fee was received. 
2) You have never been enrolled at UWF as a degree seeking student.
3) Your application student type (Freshman or Transfer) is the same as when you first applied. 
         ex. If you originally applied as a freshman, and you are now attempting to start as a transfer, you will need to apply as a transfer student. 
4) Your original application is being requested to move no more than 2 semesters, before or after, from your original application term. 
5) You are NOT currently enrolled in any class(es) for any semester.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for:

1) Approval of request
2) If approved, processing of new application
3) Admission evaluation of new application*

*Admission is not guaranteed for previously admitted students who are requesting to change their anticipated start semester.
