Argonaut Scholarships

Argonaut Scholarships are awarded to prospective students with exceptional academics and financial need.  Special consideration for these awards are given to students that are admitted by the January 1 Priority Application Deadline and have filed the FAFSA by the March 15 Financial Aid Priority Deadline.  These awards range from $500 to $3,000 and are one-year only scholarships. Students MUST FILE the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) to be considered for an Argonaut Scholarship.  The presumption of the one-year award is that there is usually more financial aid available to a student coming for a second, third or even fourth year of study that is not available to an initial freshman. Argonaut Scholarships go out in rounds during the spring semester therefore; applying early is one of the best ways to improve your chance of receiving the scholarship.

Argonaut Scholarships are evaluated in late March after a student is offered admission and has submitted their FAFSA.  The application for admission serves as the application for scholarship.  Each admitted student is evaluated for scholarship against the strength of the applicant pool.
