Apply For Admission To UWFClass Held Outside

We’re thrilled to receive your application as soon as you are ready. Interested applicants should apply before the Priority Application Deadline for admission, January 1, for fall enrollment. Applications will be considered for admission after that date on a space-available basis.

When you’re ready to apply, please follow this step-by-step guide:

1. Complete and submit all five sections of the application.
Most students take 10-15 minutes to finish this step. However, our online application system allows you to save a draft copy of your application for up to 30 days if you need more time to gather the required information.

2. Submit your $30 nonrefundable application processing fee.
Look for the online payment option when you submit your online application. It’s your one opportunity to pay the application processing fee online.

3. Ask all high schools you attended to send your official transcripts to:
Transcripts must include grades 9 through 11 at minimum and must include your full name and other identifying information.

If you earned a GED (General Education Development), UWF needs those official test scores from the institution where you earned the GED. UWF also requires official transcripts for any high school work completed prior to the GED.

 4. Arrange to take the SAT or ACT exam and have your official test scores sent directly to UWF.
Please send official copies of ALL SAT and ACT test results. We use the best individual scores from each test to determine both admission and academic placement into courses.
